Serbian cuisine is derived from mixed traditions, mostly influenced by Mediterranean (especially Greek), Hungarian, Turkish and Austrian couisines, which makes it a heterogeneous one.

These influences, while intruding to the point that there are claims that nothing of original Serbian cuisine remained, enable Serbian cuisine as well as our restaurant to offer you a unique mix of miscellaneous traditional dishes of many different cuisines but in a distinctive Serbian way.

Meat is one of the main elements of Serbian cuisine so smoked, salted and in the other ways conserved hams, poultry, pork and beef fillets as well as bacons are most frequently used components of exceptionally tasty meals.

In dependence of region you can notice that there is certain differences inside of Serbian cuisine itself according to the question of spices, proportions of meal structures, preparation manner and type of dishes and yet meals are still have tendency of same taste so variations of aroma are not so noticeable.
